Valley Book Swap Success

The Valley Book Swap had a successful first week with 35 students who swapped a total of 82 books during lunch period on Wednesday, March 3rd.

The Book Swap, started last year by Jared Rindlisbacher, a recent CVA-Valley graduate, for his Eagle Scout Project, encourages students to bring in books to trade on Wednesday lunch periods during the month of March. We're hoping to build on last Wednesday's success and surpass that total this Wednesday.

Students interested in swapping books should bring a signed form (download here) from home with the books they intend to trade. Anyone willing to donate books to the swap is welcome to do so. The Valley Book Swap is looking for more books at the 5th-8th grade level, in particular.
